California High School Lacrosse - Newbury Park drops to Beckman
March 4, 2023: Irvine, CA 92602 In Saturday's non-league test, the host Beckman Patriots lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-4 victory over the Newbury Park Panthers.
The Patriots now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Redondo Union for a non-league test on Saturday, March 4. Beckman will face a Sea Hawks squad coming off a 13-4 non-league win over Chaminade (West Hills, CA). The Sea Hawks record now stands at 4-0.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Murrieta Mesa Rams (Murrieta, CA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 4. Newbury Park will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Rams come into the test with a 0-3 record after their 10-1 non-league loss to Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA).
