Georgia High School Lacrosse - St. Pius X Catholic drops to Whitewater
March 4, 2023: Fayetteville, GA 30214 Whitewater Wildcats (Fayetteville, GA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting St. Pius X Catholic Golden Lions (Atlanta, GA), 8-3 in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host Starr's Mill for a test on Saturday, March 4. Whitewater will face a Panthers squad coming off a 14-2 non-league win over Bartram Trail (St. Johns, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
With the defeat, St. Pius X Catholic drops to 3-2 on the season. The Golden lions travel to Union Grove (McDonough, GA) to play the Wolverines in a non-league match on Saturday, March 4. The Wolverines go into the match with a record of 1-3. Union Grove lost 17-0 in their recent non-league match against Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA)
