North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Nation Ford drops to Marvin Ridge

Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Nation Ford Falcons (Fort Mill, SC), 17-4 in a non-league battle.

The Mavericks now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cannon for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 5. Marvin Ridge will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 13-5 non-league win over Lucy Beckham (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Cougars record now stands at 2-0.

In their next game, the Falcons clash with the Dutch Fork Silver Foxes (Irmo, SC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 6. Nation Ford will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Silver Foxes come into the battle with a 2-0 record after their 20-5 non-league win over A.C. Flora (Columbia, SC).
