South Carolina High School Soccer - Porter-Gaud knocks off Charleston Collegiate
March 4, 2024: Charleston, SC 29407 Porter-Gaud Cyclones (Charleston, SC) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Charleston Collegiate Sundevils (John's Island, SC), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cyclones confront the West Ashley Wildcats (Charleston, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 7. Porter-Gaud will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over St. James (Murrells Inlet, SC).
The Sundevils now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northwood Academy for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 5. Charleston Collegiate will confront a Chargers team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Ben Lippen (Columbia, SC). The Chargers record now stands at 0-3.
