With the triumph, South Paulding moves its record to 10-2 on the season. The Spartans host Rome (Rome, GA) to confront the Wolves in a 5A Area 5 contest on Monday, March 10. The Wolves come into the contest with a record of 4-6.
The Phoenix now possess a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin County for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 8. Sonoraville will confront a Lions squad coming off a 9-4 non-league loss to Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA). The Lions record now stands at 7-2.
