California High School Basketball - Venice can't hold off Mission College Prep
March 4, 2025: San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 Mission College Prep Royals (San Luis Obispo, CA) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Venice Gondoliers (Los Angeles, CA), 70-64 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Mission College Prep advances its record to 26-7 on the year. The Royals host San Gabriel Academy (San Gabriel, CA) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Thursday, March 6. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 17-13. San Gabriel Academy won 77-64 in their recent non-league match against Norte Vista (Riverside, CA)
The Gondoliers now own a 13-17 record.
