The Corona Panthers (Corona, CA) softball nipped the host Redlands East Valley Wildcats (Redlands, CA), 4-3 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Panthers now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rancho Cucamonga for a non-league outing on Friday, March 7. Corona will encounter a Cougars team coming off a 9-1 non-league win over Kaiser (Fontana, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 4-3.

With the loss, Redlands East Valley moves to 3-7 on the season. The Wildcats travel to San Juan Hills (San Juan Capistrano, CA) to encounter the Stallions in a non-league outing on Thursday, March 6.
