In Wednesday's league bout, the Benson Bobcats (Benson, AZ) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Bisbee Pumas (Bisbee, AZ), by a score of 13-7.

Next up, the Bobcats encounter the Tombstone Yellow Jackets (Tombstone, AZ) in a 2A South bout, on Friday, March 6. Benson will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the bout with a 1-5 record after their 20-10 league loss to St. Augustine Catholic (Tucson, AZ).
