Texas High School Baseball - Center Point loses to Central Catholic
March 5, 2021: Center Point, TX 78010 The Central Catholic Buttons crushed the host Center Point Pirates baseball team by a tally of 16-3 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Buttons now hold a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Madison for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 6. Central Catholic will face a Mavericks team coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to East Central (San Antonio, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 0-8.
Next, the Pirates face the Medina Bobcats (Medina, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 9. Center Point will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Bobcats enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 12-5 non-league loss to Harper (Harper, TX).
