March 5, 2022: Fontana, CA 92335 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Corona Panthers (Corona, CA) and the host Fontana Steelers (Fontana, CA), saw Corona's volleyball squad nip Fontana by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Corona upgrades its record to 4-5 on the year. The Panthers travel to Indian Springs (San Bernardino, CA) to play the COYOTES in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 5. The COYOTES go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Indian Springs lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Rubidoux (Jurupa Valley, CA)
The Steelers now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Murrieta Mesa for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 5. Fontana will play a Rams squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Paloma Valley (Menifee, CA). The Rams record now stands at 3-2.
