Arizona High School Volleyball - Mountain Ridge tips Liberty

March 5, 2022: Glendale, AZ 85310

Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ) backers left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Liberty Lions (Peoria, AZ), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Mountain Lions battle the Queen Creek Bulldogs (Queen Creek, AZ) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 5. Mountain Ridge will attempt to better on its 2-7 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 1-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Highland (Gilbert, AZ).

With the loss, Liberty drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Lions host Valley Vista (Surprise, AZ) to face the Monsoon in a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 8. The Monsoon go into the outing with a record of 0-5. Valley Vista lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Alhambra (Phoenix, AZ)
