March 5, 2024: Johns Creek, GA 30022 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Pinecrest Academy Paladins (Cumming, GA) and the host Mount Pisgah Christian Patriots (Johns Creek, GA), saw Pinecrest Academy's soccer squad knock off Mount Pisgah Christian by a margin of 5-3.
The Paladins now sport a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Fideles Christian for a GAPPS I-AA Region 2 test on Friday, March 8. Pinecrest Academy will meet a Rangers squad coming off a 2-2 non-league Fulton Science Academy (Alpharetta, GA). The Rangers record now stands at 5-1.
With the loss, Mount Pisgah Christian drops to 1-6 on the season. The Patriots host St. Francis (Alpharetta, GA) to meet the Knights in a 1A D-I Area 6 test on Thursday, March 7. The Knights come into the test with a record of 2-1. St. Francis lost 9-3 in their recent league test against The Weber School (Atlanta, GA)
