East Union Lancers (Manteca, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Central Valley Hawks (Ceres, CA), 12-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Lancers now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Enochs for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 8. East Union will face a Eagles squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Central Catholic (Modesto, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Central Valley falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Central Catholic (Modesto, CA) to face the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 9.
