The Arizona College Prep Knights baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Centennial Coyotes to 1 in the Knights non-league win on Wednesday.

The Knights now hold a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Sunrise Mountain for a non-league test on Friday, March 7. Arizona College Prep will play a Mustangs team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Verrado (Buckeye, AZ). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-3.

With the defeat, Centennial drops to 3-3 on the year. The Coyotes host Desert Edge (Goodyear, AZ) to play the Scorpions in a non-league test on Thursday, March 6. The Scorpions go into the test with a record of 0-1. Desert Edge lost 11-1 in their recent non-league test against West Point (Avondale, AZ)
