The Bishop Walsh Spartans basketball team scored 42 points and limited the visiting Bloomfield Christian School Defenders to 38 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the victory, Bishop Walsh advances its record to 6-15 on the year. The Spartans travel to Monclova Christian Academy (Monclova, OH) to meet the Thunder in a non-league match on Friday, March 7. The Thunder enter the match with a record of 10-4. Monclova Christian Academy won 35-25 in their recent non-league match against Faith Christian Academy (Martinsburg, WV)
