North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Providence Day drops to Lake Norman
March 5, 2025: Charlotte, NC 28270 In Wednesday's non-league match, the Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) lacrosse team triumphed over the host Providence Day Chargers (Charlotte, NC), by a tally of 10-5.
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Charlotte Catholic Cougars (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, March 7. Lake Norman will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 2-1 record after their 22-1 league win over Ballantyne Ridge (Charlotte, NC).
The Chargers (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Durham Academy (Durham, NC). The Cavaliers enter the NCISAA - Division I match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Durham Academy got by Jordan (Durham, NC), 21-7, in a non-league match.
