March 6, 2023: Douglasville, GA 30134 South Paulding Spartans (Douglasville, GA) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Villa Rica Wildcats (Villa Rica, GA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Spartans confront the Paulding County Patriots (Dallas, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 16. South Paulding will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 3-2 non-league win over East Paulding (Dallas, GA).
The Wildcats now possess a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Cartersville for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 8. Villa Rica will confront a Hurricanes team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Cherokee (Canton, GA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 0-1.
