March 6, 2023: Nantucket, MA 02554 The Nantucket Whalers ice hockey squad scored 6 points and restricted the visiting Abington Green Wave to 2 in the Whalers non-league victory on Monday.
With the victory, Nantucket moves its record to 15-6 on the campaign. The Whalers host Amesbury (Amesbury, MA) to face the Indians in a non-league contest on Thursday, March 9. The Indians go into the contest with a record of 0-0.
The Green Wave now sport a 2-3 record.
