California High School Softball - Helix bounces West Hills
March 6, 2023: La Mesa, CA 91941 Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting West Hills Wolf Pack (Santee, CA), 20-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Highlanders now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Olympian for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 7. Helix will face a Eagles squad coming off a 10-4 non-league loss to Brawley (Brawley, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, West Hills falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Wolf pack host Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA) to face the Crusaders in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 8. The Crusaders enter the challenge with a record of 3-1. Mater Dei Catholic won 10-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Brawley (Brawley, CA)
