Alabama High School Softball - American Christian Academy bounces Gordo
March 6, 2023: Gordo, AL 35466 The American Christian Academy Patriots routed the host Gordo Green Wave softball squad by a count of 12-5 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Patriots (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Northridge (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Jaguars go into the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Northridge was routed by West Blocton (West Blocton, AL), 10-6, in a non-league battle.
The Green Wave now sport a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Oakman for a 3A Area 10 battle on Tuesday, March 7. Gordo will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 10-5 non-league win over Cordova (Cordova, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
