March 6, 2024: Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688 The Santa Margarita Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting St. Margaret's Tartans to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Eagles now possess a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Foothill for a non-league game on Thursday, March 7. Santa Margarita will meet a Knights team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to El Dorado (Placentia, CA). The Knights record now stands at 7-3.
The Tartans (6-3) will now prepare for their game against Saddleback (Santa Ana, CA). The Roadrunners enter the Orange Coast game with a 0-6 record. In their last game, Saddleback was dropped by Ocean View (Huntington Beach, CA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
