In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Linfield Christian Lions (Temecula, CA) softball team overwhelmed the host Santa Rosa Academy Rangers (Menifee, CA), by a margin of 15-8.

With the triumph, Linfield Christian moves its record to 7-1 on the year. The Lions host Chaparral (Temecula, CA) to play the Pumas in a non-league contest on Monday, March 11. The Pumas come into the contest with a record of 1-4.
