Alabama High School Baseball - Marbury prevails Benjamin Russell
March 6, 2025: Alexander City, AL 35010 In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Marbury Bulldogs baseball team scored a nice 10-1 victory over the Benjamin Russell Wildcats.
The Bulldogs (12-2) will now prepare for their game against Lee-Scott Academy (Auburn, AL). The Warriors enter the non-league game with a 6-6 record. In their last game, Lee-Scott Academy defeated Opelika (Opelika, AL), 6-4, in a non-league game.
Next, the Wildcats face the Central of Clay County Volunteers (Lineville, AL) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 7. Benjamin Russell will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Volunteers enter the game with a 6-5 record after their 11-6 non-league win over Handley (Roanoke, AL).
