The The First Academy Royals triumphed over the host Lake Highland Prep Highlanders baseball squad by a score of 16-5 in Thursday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Royals battle the IMG Academy Ascenders (Bradenton, FL) in a non-league outing, on Friday, March 7. The First Academy will attempt to advance on its 9-2 season record. The Ascenders come into the outing with a 8-0 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Braden River (Bradenton, FL).

The Highlanders (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against Cornerstone Charter Academy (Belle Isle, FL). The Ducks come into the non-league outing with a 1-6 record. In their last outing, Cornerstone Charter Academy was overwhelmed by East Ridge (Clermont, FL), 7-4, in a non-league outing.
