With the triumph, Lavaca moves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Golden Arrows host Hackett (Hackett, AR) to confront the Hornets in a non-league contest on Friday, March 7. The Hornets come into the contest with a record of 0-0.
The Rebels now possess a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hackett for a 2A Region 4 contest on Tuesday, March 11. Westside will confront a Hornets squad coming off a 9-8 non-league win over Lavaca (Lavaca, AR). The Hornets record now stands at 1-0.
