California High School Volleyball - Skyline tips Newark Memorial

March 6, 2025: Oakland, CA 94619

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Skyline Titans volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Newark Memorial Cougars.

The Titans (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA). The Bruins come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, St. Patrick-St. Vincent edged Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars meet the Irvington Vikings (Fremont, CA) in a Mission Valley challenge, on Tuesday, March 11. Newark Memorial will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA).
