Washington, DC High School Lacrosse - Georgetown Day drops to Bishop O'Connell
March 6, 2025: Washington, DC 20007 The Bishop O'Connell Knights triumphed over the host Georgetown Day Mighty Hoppers lacrosse team by a tally of 18-4 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next up, the Knights play the Trinity at Meadow View Tempest (Falls Church, VA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 11. Bishop O'Connell will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record.
The Mighty Hoppers (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC). The Quakers come into the Mid-Atlantic [MAC] game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Sidwell Friends notched a victory over Jackson-Reed (Washington, DC), 15-5, in a non-league game.
