Fans at Thursday's non-league test between the East Ridge Knights (Clermont, FL) and the host Lake Wales Highlanders (Lake Wales, FL), witnessed East Ridge's lacrosse squad hold off Lake Wales by a count of 6-5.

The Knights (5-4) will now prepare for their test against South Lake (Groveland, FL). The Eagles enter the test with a 1-6 record.

Next, the Highlanders battle the Melbourne Central Catholic Hustlers (Melbourne, FL) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 10. Lake Wales will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Hustlers enter the test with a 6-1 record after their 5-2 non-league win over Sebastian River (Sebastian, FL).
