The Pacheco Panthers baseball team scored 7 runs and held the host Stagg Delta Kings to 3 in the Panthers non-league win on Friday.

The Panthers now hold a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Central Valley for a Western Athletic Conference test on Tuesday, March 10. Pacheco will play a Hawks team coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Gregori (Modesto, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 3-4.

With the defeat, Stagg drops to 7-3 on the year. The Delta kings host Cordova (Rancho Cordova, CA) to battle the Lancers in a non-league outing on Monday, March 9. The Lancers come into the outing with a record of 4-5. Cordova won 14-0 in their recent league outing against Kennedy (Sacramento, CA)
