In Friday's non-league bout, the Rogers Eagles (Rogers, TX) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Shoemaker Wolves (Killeen, TX), by a tally of 15-0.

The Eagles now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Little River Academy for a 3A Region III District 19 challenge on Tuesday, March 10. Rogers will clash with a Bumblebees team coming off a 13-12 non-league loss to A&M Consolidated (College Station, TX). The Bumblebees record now stands at 13-2.

With the defeat, Shoemaker drops to 2-8 on the year. The Wolves travel to University (Waco, TX) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 6.
