March 7, 2022: Bear Creek, NC 27207 In Monday's non-league contest, the Orange Panthers (Hillsborough, NC) softball team overwhelmed the host Chatham Central Bears (Bear Creek, NC), by a margin of 13-0.
With the triumph, Orange moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Panthers host Cedar Ridge (Hillsborough, NC) to play the Fighting Red Wolves in a contest on Tuesday, March 22. The Fighting Red Wolves come into the contest with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Bears play the Seaforth Hawks (Pittsboro, NC) in a contest, on Friday, March 18. Chatham Central will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
