California High School Volleyball - Casa Roble edged by Placer
March 7, 2023: Auburn, CA 95603 The Placer Hillmen held off the visiting Casa Roble Rams volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Hillmen now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rocklin for a non-league test on Thursday, March 9. Placer will confront a Thunder team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over El Dorado (Placerville, CA). The Thunder record now stands at 3-0.
The Rams (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Center (Antelope, CA). The Cougars enter the Golden Empire test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Center was nudged by Mesa Verde (Citrus Heights, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
