March 7, 2023: Stamford, CT 06902 The Westhill Vikings ice hockey squad scored 7 points and restricted the visiting Trumbull Eagles to 4 in the Vikings non-league victory on Tuesday.
With the victory, Westhill moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Woodstock Academy (Woodstock, CT) to face the Centaurs in a non-league contest on Friday, March 10. The Centaurs go into the contest with a record of 20-1. Woodstock Academy won 5-1 in their recent non-league contest against Eastern CT Eagles (Groton, CT)
The Eagles now sport a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cheshire for a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 7. Trumbull will face a Rams squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Joel Barlow (Redding, CT). The Rams record now stands at 12-6.
