California High School Lacrosse - Westview drops to La Jolla Country Day
March 7, 2023: La Jolla, CA 92037 La Jolla Country Day Torreys (La Jolla, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Westview Wolverines (San Diego, CA), 12-3 in a non-league test.
The Torreys now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carlsbad for a non-league test on Saturday, March 11. La Jolla Country Day will face a Lancers squad coming off a 15-7 non-league loss to Santa Fe Christian (Solana Beach, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 0-2.
In their next game, the Wolverines face the Scripps Ranch Falcons (San Diego, CA) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 10. Westview will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 8-5 non-league loss to Poway (Poway, CA).
