The Chatham Charter Knights crushed the host Ascend Leadership Aviators baseball team by a count of 14-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Knights now possess a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Williams for a non-league bout on Friday, March 8. Chatham Charter will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-0.

Next, the Aviators face the Southern Wake Academy Lions (Holly Springs, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 12. Ascend Leadership will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Lions enter the bout with a 0-2 record after their 17-1 league loss to Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC).
