Fort Mill Yellow Jackets (Fort Mill, SC) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host South Pointe Stallions (Rock Hill, SC), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Yellow Jackets face the Blythewood Bengals (Blythewood, SC) in a AAAAA Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, March 12. Fort Mill will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Bengals enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to River Bluff (Lexington, SC).

The Stallions now have a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host Catawba Ridge for a AAAA Region 3 test on Friday, March 8. South Pointe will meet a Copperheads squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC). The Copperheads record now stands at 6-2.
