South Carolina High School Softball - Great Falls bounces Fairfield Central
March 7, 2024: Winnsboro, SC 29180 Great Falls Red Devils (Great Falls, SC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Fairfield Central Griffins (Winnsboro, SC), 13-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Red Devils now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to McBee for a A Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, March 12. Great Falls will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Lamar (Lamar, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Fairfield Central falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Griffins travel to Newberry (Newberry, SC) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 12. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 0-2.
