The Central Catholic Raiders baseball team scored 9 runs and held the host Sierra Timberwolves to 0 in the Raiders league win on Friday.

The Raiders now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Oakdale for a Valley Oak League test on Monday, March 10. Central Catholic will play a Mustangs team coming off a 16-5 league win over Mountain House (Mountain House, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-2.

With the defeat, Sierra drops to 3-3 on the year. The Timberwolves host Atwater (Atwater, CA) to play the Falcons in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 11. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 4-2. Atwater won 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Downey (Modesto, CA)
