The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Southwest Dragons (San Antonio, TX) and the host South San Antonio Bobcats (San Antonio, TX), saw Southwest's baseball team gain a win over South San Antonio by a tally of 9-1.

The Dragons (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against MacArthur (San Antonio, TX). The Brahmas enter the 5A Region IV District 28 battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, MacArthur defeated McCollum (San Antonio, TX), 13-8, in a league battle.

Next, the Bobcats face the Jay Mustangs (San Antonio, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 28 battle, on Monday, March 10. South San Antonio will attempt to upgrade on its 10-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the battle with a 3-4 record after their 8-2 league loss to Southside (San Antonio, TX).
