The Pittston Patriots basketball squad (Pittston, PA), was crushed 83-39 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Pottsgrove Falcons (Pottsgrove, PA)

With the victory, Pottsgrove advances its record to 20-4 on the year. The Falcons travel to Neumann-Goretti (Philadelphia, PA) to meet the Saints in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 11. The Saints enter the battle with a record of 15-11. Neumann-Goretti won 79-67 in their recent non-league battle against Marple Newtown (Newtown Square, PA)

The Patriots now own a 8-9 record.
