In Friday's non-league contest, the host Pleasant Hill Billies basketball team scored a close 46-42 triumph over the Valley Catholic Valiants.

The Billies (30-3) will now prepare for their contest against Westside Christian (Lake Oswego, OR). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 22-4 record. In their last contest, Westside Christian nipped Banks (Banks, OR), 62-47, in a non-league contest.
