March 7, 2025: Easley, SC 29642 The Powdersville Patriots soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Easley Green Wave to 0 in the Patriots non-league victory on Friday.
The Patriots now hold a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Palmetto for a AAA Region 2 bout on Monday, March 10. Powdersville will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Southside Christian (Simpsonville, SC). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Easley moves to 2-2 on the year. The Green wave host Greenville (Greenville, SC) to play the Red Raiders in a AAAAA Region 1 bout on Tuesday, March 11. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Greenville lost 1-0 in their recent non-league bout against Daniel (Central, SC)
