North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Sun Valley drops to Marvin Ridge

March 8, 2021: Waxhaw, NC 28173

In Monday's league test, the host Marvin Ridge Mavericks lacrosse squad scored a good 17-8 victory over the Sun Valley Spartans.

The Mavericks now have a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Charlotte Catholic for a Conference 17 test on Wednesday, March 10. Marvin Ridge will face a Cougars squad coming off a 14-5 league win over Sun Valley (Monroe, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 11-1.

In their next game, the Spartans face the Weddington Warriors (Matthews, NC) in a Conference 17 test, on Wednesday, March 10. Sun Valley will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Warriors come into the test with a 6-5 record after their 10-6 league win over Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC).
