Salado Eagles (Salado, TX) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Jarrell Cougars (Jarrell, TX), 6-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles confront the Burnet Bulldogs (Burnet, TX) in a 4A Region 3 District 18 challenge, on Monday, March 14. Salado will attempt to better on its 15-9 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 13-8 record after their 3-0 league win over Lampasas (Lampasas, TX).

The Cougars now have a 3-15 record. They take the field next when they travel to Little River Academy for a 4A Region 3 District 18 challenge on Friday, March 11. Jarrell will confront a Bumblebees team coming off a 10-1 league loss to Gatesville (Gatesville, TX). The Bumblebees record now stands at 0-19.
