Louisiana High School Baseball - Central Lafourche loses to Erath
March 8, 2024: Raceland, LA 70394 The Erath Bobcats crushed the host Central Lafourche Trojans baseball team by a count of 10-1 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Bobcats now possess a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they host New Iberia for a 5A District 3 bout on Monday, March 11. Erath will face a Yellowjackets team coming off a 12-1 league loss to Sulphur (Sulphur, LA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 7-5.
Next, the Trojans face the Red River Bulldogs (Coushatta, LA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 9. Central Lafourche will attempt to move on its 2-12 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 10-1 record after their 9-2 non-league loss to Covington (Covington, LA).
