Texas High School Baseball - Centennial loses to Aledo
March 8, 2025: Aledo, TX 76008 Aledo Bearcats (Aledo, TX) followers left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Centennial Spartans (Burleson, TX), 10-2 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Aledo moves its record to 10-4 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Brewer (Fort Worth, TX) to battle the Bears in a 5A Region I District 5 match on Wednesday, March 12. The Bears come into the match with a record of 10-3.
The Spartans now possess a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cleburne for a 5A Region I District 8 match on Tuesday, March 11. Centennial will battle a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 13-0 non-league win over Trinity Valley (Fort Worth, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 14-3.
