March 8, 2025: New Orleans, LA 70119 The Warren Easton Fighting Eagles (New Orleans, LA) baseball trounced the visiting Benjamin Franklin Falcons (New Orleans, LA), 7-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Fighting Eagles now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host St. Augustine for a 5A District 9 challenge on Wednesday, March 12. Warren Easton will clash with a Purple Knights team coming off a 19-3 non-league win over De La Salle (New Orleans, LA). The Purple Knights record now stands at 9-6.
With the defeat, Benjamin Franklin drops to 4-7 on the year. The Falcons travel to Fisher (Lafitte, LA) to clash with the Gators in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 11. The Gators go into the challenge with a record of 10-3. Fisher won 12-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Maurepas (Maurepas, LA)
