Georgia High School Baseball - Social Circle defeats Commerce
March 8, 2025: Social Circle, GA 30025 The Social Circle Redskins (Social Circle, GA) baseball trounced the visiting Commerce Tigers (Commerce, GA), 10-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Redskins now own a 12-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Oconee Academy for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 14. Social Circle will clash with a Titans team coming off a 18-3 non-league win over Putnam County (Eatonton, GA). The Titans record now stands at 3-4.
With the defeat, Commerce drops to 1-10 on the year. The Tigers travel to Oglethorpe County (Lexington, GA) to clash with the Patriots in a A D1 Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, March 11. The Patriots go into the challenge with a record of 6-7. Oglethorpe County lost 7-4 in their recent league challenge against Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy (Winder, GA)
