March 8, 2025: Horatio, AR 71842 The Crossett Eagles baseball team scored 11 runs and held the host Horatio Lions to 1 in the Eagles non-league win on Saturday.
The Eagles now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Murfreesboro for a non-league test on Saturday, March 8. Crossett will clash with a Rattlers team coming off a 22-1 non-league win over Prescott (Prescott, AR). The Rattlers record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Horatio drops to 0-5 on the year. The Lions host Prescott (Prescott, AR) to clash with the Curley Wolves in a non-league test on Monday, March 10. The Curley Wolves go into the test with a record of 0-3. Prescott lost 5-3 in their recent non-league test against Genoa Central (Texarkana, AR)
