March 8, 2025: Waxahachie, TX 75165 The Waxahachie Indians (Waxahachie, TX) baseball got by the visiting Midland Legacy Rebels (Midland, TX), 3-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Indians now own a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Duncanville for a 6A Region II District 11 challenge on Tuesday, March 11. Waxahachie will clash with a Panthers and Pantherettes team coming off a 17-2 non-league win over North Garland (Garland, TX). The Panthers and Pantherettes record now stands at 6-8.
With the defeat, Midland Legacy drops to 12-8 on the year. The Rebels travel to Greenwood (Midland, TX) to clash with the Rangers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 11. The Rangers go into the challenge with a record of 10-3. Greenwood won 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Levelland (Levelland, TX)
